We are pleased to present you with our policies and procedures for Photogen Inc., as we look forward to working in our new normal. The health and safety of our clients, our team, our business and your business is incredibly important to us. We are happy to tell you that our team is 100% vaccinated and ready to celebrate!

This information will continue to constantly change and as we work with our clients and planners, we ask them to also adhere to the State of Minnesota and the CDC Guidelines to ensure a safe and happy work environment for all.

Policies and Procedures

• Photogen Inc. (d/b/a Eliesa Johnson Photography and The Restaurant Project) has put in place preventative measures to try to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We have continued to post current guidelines in this document as things change:

  • Our team is 100% Vaccinated! Woo hoo! Clients must comply with our policies and procedures:

  • Meetings can happen in-person or virtually, if that is more convenient for everyone!

  • Photographers will not be permitted to work if they: 

    • report being sick with Covid-19 Symptoms;

    • have had COVID-19 and fewer than 10 days have elapsed since their last symptoms;

    • have a temperature at or over 100.3;

    • been around someone who has “tested positive” for COVID-19 within the last 7 days;

      • In the event that your photographer does have COVID-19 and cannot be a part of your day, our studio will work to find a replacement with someone on our team.

  • As of May 11, 2023, the CDC has declared that COVID-19 is no longer a public emergency.

Policy Modification

Information about COVID-19 is changing rapidly as new information becomes available and further research is conducted. Photogen Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time in its sole discretion to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs, consistent with its commitment to working toward maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
